    \n
  • Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 10:30<\/li>\n
  • Payment for the stay must be made on arrival, in case of late arrivals after 22 o’clock the next day. No payment possibility for a stay during its duration or at the end of the stay.<\/li>\n
  • After paying for the stay, the guest has the right to shorten the stay or from it resign, but the object in this case does not refund the amount due<\/li>\n
  • In case of shortening or resignation no later than 30 before we inform you about the planned arrival and that the amount paid \/ deposit \/ not refundable<\/li>\n
  • The fee for the selected room\/stay is made according to the agreed price reservations. During the stay, the amounts are not deducted, e.g. for unused breakfast, or fewer people staying overnight.<\/li>\n
  • Breakfast is included in the price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Additionally paid on the spot (please inform us in advance before arrival):<\/p>\n

    • stay of a pet regardless of breed, weight 50 z\u0142 per day<\/li>\n
    • travel cot for children 0-2 with bed linen 25 z\u0142 per day (quantity limited)<\/li>\n
    • travel cot for children 0-2 without bed linen free of charge (quantity limited)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      THE PRICE PER ROOM INCLUDES:<\/p>\n

      • overnight stay in a selected room<\/li>\n
      • breakfast<\/li>\n
      • tourist tax<\/li>\n
      • VAT 8 %<\/li>\n
      • use of WI-FI on the premises<\/li>\n
      • parking<\/li>\n
      • access to the observation tower at Lake \u015aniardwy and the pier WIFI- password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Cancellation and refund of the deposit<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Each reservation is confirmed after payment of the deposit<\/li>\n
        2. In the case of shortening the stay or resignation no later than 30 days before the planned stay, we would like to inform you that the amount paid \/ deposit \/ not refundable. Only the deposit can be used by guests in at another time in the same year, provided that they are available Rooms.<\/li>\n
        3. The deposit is returned in full if there is no performance of the service due to the fault of the facility.<\/li>\n
        4. Where the epidemiological situation makes implementation impossible reservations (e.g. closure of accommodation facilities), we reserve the right the right to cancel the reservation. In such a situation, we return the Customerdeposited funds within 194 days.<\/li>\n
        5. In the event of the Customer’s resignation from the Event due to COVID-19, quarantine at the moment when it is possible to implement the conditions reservation, the Guest bears the costs of resignation (the deposit paid is not subject to return, can be used at another time) in accordance with the rules and the deadlines contained in the Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          On 25.05.2018, the Data Protection Regulation entered into force Personal \/ GDPR \/, i.e. a new EU regulation aimed at modernisation and unification of data protection regulations personal persons in force in the European Union. Therefore, on this day, the Privacy Policy of the facility has changed. Please be advised that Your personal data in the form of an e-mail address, contact details and others – are used only to handle the registration process and booking the provision of tourist and accommodation services. No are made available to third parties.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n
