This document defines the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies by the Personal Data Administrator, that is: Us\u0142ugi Turystyczne Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka. The following rules also apply to the processing of users’ personal data by the Service Providers in the case of concluding contracts as part of the restaurant and the Kr\u00f3l Sielaw road.<\/span><\/p>\n

The administrator determines the rules for the processing of personal data of Users of Tourist Services Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka – that is, each person who has created an Account in the Kr\u00f3l Sielaw system. These data will be processed by the data administrator specified in this privacy policy and by the Service Providers, i.e. entities that offer services under the Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka Tourist Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

We take care of the personal data provided to us and ensure that it is properly secured with us. Below we present information on the processing of personal data by us and our use of technologies aimed at improving our operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (on the terms set out in the Personal Data Protection Act), if you believe that data processing is inconsistent with the currently applicable data protection law,<\/span><\/p>\n

to be forgotten, if further processing is not provided for by the currently applicable provisions of law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please be advised that these rights are not absolute and do not apply to all personal data processing activities (apart from the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – you can exercise this right at any time if you believe that we or the Service Provider are processing data from violation of the law).<\/span><\/p>\n

Below, we have described the principles, scope and your rights in relation to each collection purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using the Tourist Services of Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka:<\/span><\/p>\n

To use the Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka Tourist Services, it is not necessary to create an Account. The moment when the data is transferred to the Service Provider is the contact initiated by the User with him. In this case, the Administrator is not responsible for the provision and use of this data by these entities. Each user and service provider is obliged to process personal data from the resources of Us\u0142ugi Turystyczne Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka only for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling contracts under the Tourist Services Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka, taking into account the conditions set out in the approved Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of processing personal data on the basis of the consent given by the user, the user has the right to withdraw it at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, after the expiry of the limitation period for claims, each user may object to the processing of data for statistical purposes, as well as request the deletion of data from the database.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders and Reservations made through Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka Tourist Services:<\/span><\/p>\n

When making an order or booking, you must provide the data necessary to provide the service. These data are: name and surname, addresss e-mail, telephone number.<\/span><\/p>\n

The data provided will be processed by the Administrator and the given Service Provider for the primary purpose – performance of the contract, as well as for the possible issuance of an invoice, for statistical and archival purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The data needed to issue an invoice may be provided to the accounting company that performs accounting settlements of the Service Provider.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Administrator and the Service Provider may process the data received during the order or reservation made until any claims under the contract are time-barred. The data needed to issue an invoice may be stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose. In addition, after this deadline, the data may still be processed for statistical or archival purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

In relation to this data, you have the right to rectify the data, but only until the order is confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract, you may object to the processing of data for statistical purposes, as well as request the deletion of data from the database.<\/span><\/p>\n

Newsletter: will be available on the site ???<\/span><\/p>\n

When using the Newsletter option, an e-mail address is provided to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Providing an e-mail address is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive the Newsletter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The e-mail address will be processed as long as the Newsletter service is available. You have the option of resigning from the service at any time, for this purpose, in the received message, select the option to unsubscribe from the Newsletter or contact the Administrator through the communication channels available under the Justyna Dziak G\u0142owacka Tourist Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

The content of the correspondence (which includes your personal data) will be stored by us for a period of 3 years from the end of the year in which the contact was initiated. The period of storage of your personal data will be longer if the initiated contact resulted in the conclusion of a contract or was related to the submission of a complaint. In this case, the period of contact data processing will be extended by the time of expiry of any claims under the contract or submitted complaint.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our websites, web applications and mobile applications use (as well as collect information) about visitors only to the extent necessary to provide services at the highest level.<\/span><\/p>\n

Offices, e.g. the tax office- in order to fulfill legal and tax obligations related to settlements and accounting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Principles of personal data processing and your rights related to the processing of your personal data by us:<\/span><\/p>\n

Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area only if the recipient of the data has demonstrated that it adequately secures the data provided. This applies to our use of the Google Analytics service and the Facebook Pixel service (more on this in the Cookies and other technologies section). Google and Facebook are based in the US and use the technical infrastructure located in the US. Both companies joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program in order to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection as required by European regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

In many cases, before taking action before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, it is required to submit a request to the entity to which the complaint is to be related. Therefore, in the event of any objections regarding the processing of personal data by us or the Service Provider, we recommend that you contact the entity in question in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n
