In addition, after this deadline, the data may still be processed for statistical or archival purposes.

In relation to this data, you have the right to rectify the data, but only until the order is confirmed.

After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract, you may object to the processing of data for statistical purposes, as well as request the deletion of data from the database.

Providing an e-mail address is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive the Newsletter.

The e-mail address will be processed as long as the Newsletter service is available. Principles of personal data processing and your rights related to the processing of your personal data by us:

Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area only if the recipient of the data has demonstrated that it adequately secures the data provided. This applies to our use of the Google Analytics service and the Facebook Pixel service (more on this in the Cookies and other technologies section). Google and Facebook are based in the US and use the technical infrastructure located in the US. Both companies joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program in order to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection as required by European regulations.

Your data will not be profiled (i.e. automated data processing).

As we have already mentioned, in relation to the processed personal data, you have the right to request access to the processed personal data, rectification, transfer, deletion or limitation of their processing.

You can also object to their processing or withdraw your consent (expressed by initiating contact or expressed at the time of creating an Account or after creating an Account) to the processing of personal data.

In many cases, before taking action before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, it is required to submit a request to the entity to which the complaint is to be related.
